Inspection and Repairs
We inspect each wheel individually for kerb damage, corrosion, and pitting. We also check for any flat spots, buckles, or cracks that may require repairs. Please note that any significant structural damage may be deemed as beyond repair, and we will advise you accordingly if this is the case.
Always aiming to return wheels to a like-new condition, we then clean and strip each individual alloy in acid to bring it back to the bare metal and then sand-blast it to remove any corrosion. Depending on the state of your wheels, we will aim to complete all restorations the same day as you drop your car off.
Powder Coating
Once any damage has been repaired, we provide complete powder coating services in silver, black, or the colour of your choice. We find that wet spray is better used for colour matching certain vehicles with stock alloy colours that aren’t otherwise easy to find. Then we lacquer the alloys in matte, satin, or gloss, depending on your choice of finish, and carry out a final inspection to ensure quality.
